I am deeply frustrated at the lack of support and contact offered by EE. I have been charged random amounts for the past two months. September 44 GBP and October 22 GBP. I have been paying for a SIM card only for the past 3 years and have always been charged the same minimal amount - 4.99. I do not use this SIM regularly, you can see from usage that I did not use this SIM at all for September or October, the SIM is not even inside my phone! Where and why am I being charged this? Who has decided to charge this? And when I told the bank to remove these charges, why did EE decide to dispute it and take the charges back!! EE are quick to take my money and dispute with the banks when the banks try to protect their customers, but EE, not a response or help button in sight for their poor loyal customers!
To reiterate:
- I emailed through the complaints section 9 days ago - no response.
- I contacted my bank and told them to remove the unaccounted charges from EE, to which they did. But EE disputed and took the charges back!
- I have logged into my account to try to make sense of these charges - nothing there explaining the charges.
- I added on an extra one time data in August so that I could google maps a trip, this conversation will be logged by EE in the chat so they can see exactly what I requested - a one-off data amount. Which certainly does not equate to these charges.
I request immediate attention and a full refund of these unaccounted charges!! And ideally a live chat or email address I can contact from abroad. I am outside of the EU and do not wish to pay EE for a phone call whereby they waste more of my time!

This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account. You need to raise this with CS.
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

Hi @stevieowen1985,
Welcome to the Community!
We know how important it is for you to know what is happening with your bills, so I can understand how concerning it must be that these appear to be fluctuating unexpectedly.
When you log into your EE app are you able to download your bills, so you can see the full picture of what you are being charged for?
If you do see any charges on these that you are unsure of then you can ask about these here, and I'll be happy to give further insight.
