Unable to update payment card/method

Had a notification that my card had expired - which it had. Trying to update the info on the website (I dont use the EE app) and it's failing to update. Also the website seems really slow and buggy? Also the main telephone number for EE customer services (if not 150) does not work!! It's an incorrect number.
