Unable to check my balance

Hello, I have been unable to check my balance for almost one month, each time I send Balance to 150, I do not get a reply, what’s happening please

I tried calling and it keeps saying they will send me a message and still nothin, could you please give me a number I can call on so I will speak to someone. Thanks

When calling I'd recommend selection option 2 instead of option 1.

This will take you to the automated menu. 

Please select options to speak with account and billing.
