Hello, I have been unable to check my balance for almost one month, each time I send Balance to 150, I do not get a reply, what’s happening please

Are you able to check your balance by logging in to your EE account online?

What happens if you text AL to 150?

I tried logging in and I don’t seem to know my way around the app and No I have not tried sending AL to 150
