Hi

My contract ran out on the 6th September. Have I now missed my upgrade?  I really hope not but how am I charged if I missed it?

Thanks

No, you may freely upgrade any time after 45 days before end of min. term. These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade. There will however be a 10% discount after 3 months.

No you haven’t missed anything if your contract ended on the 6th that just means you are no longer tied to the contract and would be free to upgrade to another contracted phone or leave to another provider by giving 30 days notice.
