Hi, i did up-gradation of my contract from iphone 12 to iphone 14 pro max and tried to pay the early up-gradation and upfront from my one credit card but the issue was that the money was deducted from my credit card account and my EE up-gradation order was not placed as well.

Then i did my up-gradation order from another credit card and it was successfull.

Now, my question is how can my money will be back to my first credit card account which is still pending?

@afzaalhussain56 : You haven't yet been charged for your 1st abortive upgrade order. In a day or 2 the Pending debit will disappear.
