Hello there,
Two things:
Why is the website so painfully slow?
However more importantly I want to see if I can pay the balance of my phone off and I simply cannot find where the balance is, I can find how much I am paying and when the contract runs out but the actual balance is nowhere to be seen.
Can anyone help?

Cost of cancelling or upgrading early will be Monthly Fee x Months Remaining, pro-rata to the nearest whole day, of contract term - 4%. You can text INFO to 85075 to find out the exact figure as of now.

Hello there,
Thank you for the reply, however I don't want to upgrade or cancel.
I just want to see what the balance is of the rest of what I have to pay off on the phone.
On Sky I can simply go to a page and see what I have left to pay. Why can't is be that simple?
I don't want to be doing math when I am a customer.

Have you had a chance to try logging in via the EE app?
If you're able to do this, can you go into the billing and payments section, then select your number, and see if it displays FlexPay information?
If you're still struggling from there, if you get in touch with our team, they'll be able to help check the balance and take any payments, too.
