I am unable to locate by previous statements.

I would like to access my previous statements for my accounts but all I can see is what is paid mothy by direct debit.

Please can you advise how I can do access them .

Welcome to the community,

When you go to billing and payments, you should be able to click on the drop down to see the other bills and click on anyone you want to take a look at, do you not see that?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
