Two contracts with EE

I have had two contracts for years, one for me and my daughter. I can only see mine on my online EE account. My daughter went into an EE shop at the beginning of December set up a new contract in her name. She was told her old contract would be cancelled. I've just noticed on my bank statement I was charged £56.77 in December for her old phone; it was always £28.62 per month, I have also been charged the usual amount again in January. As I can't access my daughter's old phone on my online EE account I can't cancel it, I'm going to phone to try and find out what's happening once the lines are open, anyone have any ideas why I was charged so much in December? my daughter didn't cancel mid contract or anything like that. What is the likelihood of me being reimbursed the money?

@Nannyof10  as your daughter is a user of the account and not the account holder she cannot cancel the contract only you can do that as it’s in your name as you are the account holder so unless you terminate it, it will not be terminated.  Ask for the charge being that high you will need to speak with customer support.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

This would need sight of the bill breakdown, something which this forum doesn't have.

~£56 is roughly double ~£28, which tends to suggest an additional line. But that's pure guesswork.
