Hi
Is anyone else experiencing problems when trying to load invoices, or accessing the plans tab? When I click on it, it doesn't return anything. It's like the links are broken. This has been the case for many days and it's happening on multiple internet browsers. Any idea what's going on?

Any update. Have two business accounts and one hasn't been able to download invoices for months. Now the other account has started to have the same problem as well. Help!!

But you aren't updating for some reason there are a lot of people who are having this problem yet you are not addressing it. Phoning does not help, it just wastes more time and is seemingly not getting the problem solved. When are EE going to address this issue so that we can all print of the invoices we are all missing for our records so that we can claim VAT back etc. please. THIS NEEDS PROMPT ACTION NOW IT'S BEEN GOING ON TOO LONG.

Charging VAT and not issuing an invoice is a criminal offence.
Are you charging VAT EE?
Fix the system or post out invoices please.
