I am wondering if anyone can advise me on Transferring ownership from a personal contract to a business contract. A member of our senior leader team would like us (the business) to take over her personal contract. The issue we have is that my business is not currently an EE customer. Does the SLT member just need to contact EE and request a transfer or ownership form? Thanks!

Do you want the member of your senior leader team to remain on EE or not? That's fundamental here - whether your business is looking to move networks, have two networks, or for your senior leader team member to move networks.
The transfer of ownership process would apply if your senior leader team member just wants to move their number from EE-personal to EE-business.

The ideal option would be to merge her over to our current provider. Can you advise how this would work? If it's too much hassle for her we are willing to let this stay with EE and we will just sign up as a new customer/new owner. Thanks!

This may be as simple as your senior leader team member obtaining a PAC, and then your account manager following your provider's standard process for a port-in.
As far as I'm aware, the act of being given a valid PAC is deemed to be current owner's consent. Whether there's any enforcement of the accounts being in different names, this may be a case for trying it & seeing!
