In broad terms, check whether the DD amount matches that on your bill. If it does, the reason for the increased charges will likely be on your bill.

If the amount differs, then an error is covered by the direct debit guarantee.

Any account issues you will have to rais with customer service, there is no account access here and we have no idea who you are.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
