Today my bill is due and it always appears early morning on the 9th of every month. It's still not showing on my account and when I text Bill to 150, it only shows me August s. I find this platform very hard to use hence grammatical errors.

Current National events might have delayed it.

If you use a suitable browser it will highlight any spelling errors & correct them but of course not all grammatical errors. Chrome is doing that for me now.

Thanks, I had a late bill in December last year when it came on the 11th instead of the usual 9th but that could have been due to my upgrading my contract 2 weeks before. Had to do a bit of chasing for that one.
If like you say it’s due to the current National event, I’ll give it till midnight then call them tomorrow if it’s still no show.

@Patt1 , as it is the weekend as well as current national event, you probably will now have to wait until Monday, but you can give them a call, as bills are on or near the date.

Firefox also correct spelling mistakes, but not all.

Thanks, my bills also came out on weekends/bank holidays if the 9th fell on those days. See how it goes.

@Patt1 , you are right, it is just the payment that will not be taken over weekend/bank holidays, I get notification that my bill is ready to view and when payment will be taken from my bank.

Same here, 9th is billing date and 17th or after is my DD. When I had a late bill last December that came on the 11th instead of the 9th, DD was moved to the 19th.
