Today my bill is due and it always appears early morning on the 9th of every month. It's still not showing on my account and when I text Bill to 150, it only shows me August s. I find this platform very hard to use hence grammatical errors.

Lastly, just a request for you to pass on to EE, when I speak to any of the agents on 150 or chat, can they not keep trying to sell me added phone lines, added contracts etc.
I am trying to be sensible with what I can spend and commit to & don’t need any extra.
My contract that is £40.71 after discounts is enough for me. 60GB is enough for me too. Contract doesn’t finish until Nov 2023.
