MY EE APPLICATION TOLD ME YOU ARE NOT A ACCOUNT HOLDER AND THIS IS MY MOBILE NUMBER. BUT I ENTER MY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION BUT NOT A COMPLETELY LOGIN SO PLEASE ASS PAE RESOLUTE MY COMPLAINT

Welcome to the community.
You just need to log into your My EE account, head to Account Settings, Manage Numbers and set yourself up as the Bill Payer.

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
