Third Party Service charge

I have been charged £13 for third party services but can get no details of who they are and all EE mention is a code who I can’t get . Can anyone help ?

@MJL4  Have you looked at the bill breakdown?     Ie downloaded the bill and actually looked at it ?   Not just what’s shown on your account billing screen.
