So I had been entering text competitions - texts going thru, receiving messages back saying I had entered
up until yesterday when I received a message saying I couldn’t enter due to something about needing to “UNBAR” or because I had reached my “spend cap”
I have no spend cap on my contract
and tried the messages to 150 to UNBAR my phone but nothing happens?
have I been entering and been charged for competitions I had no chance of winning because of this UNBAR /spend cap thing?!

You can amend your spend cap on your EE app.
Manage - Settings - Spend Cap
If you cannot amend this cap then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

To get this looked into please call us on 150 and the team can check your account for you to see what is needed to help get this sorted.
