Hi I am leaving ee, I have 17 months left at £35.20,my question is how do I work out finel bill, when I phoned to say I was leaving I was told I would need to pay £563 but my bill has turned up and is £579 with no extra charges, and also unable to phone ee billing as they don’t recognise my number as its now transferred to new provider.

@Zakk19   It’ll be the £579 one as it’s working out from the day you left EE.

you say you had 17 months left on your contract so that’s

17 X 35.20 = £598.40 - 4% = £574.46

obviously this is a rough calculation as I do not know the actual date you left EE and when your minimum term was as it’s worked out from those dates.

You’re not leaving EE you have left EE as your number has now been ported out from your account and your account has now been closed and just the bill needs to be settled.
