Itemised billing

Hello- can you please confirm whether I have itemised billing, if yes, how can I check this and where can I locate the outbound and inbound calls from July 2022- September 2022. 
If I don’t have itemised billing then how can I obtain the itemised billing for the period above please?

@Arifa123  if you look at your account under add ons you will see if you’re paying for itemised billing as it’s an add-on. Itemised billing cannot be backdated if you request to have it it’ll only commence from the day that you requested it.
