I don’t want a new handset and just want to get a sim only deal with the basics. Anyone else have this?

Hi,
obviously you need to call to 150 because they can’t do that here (so o don’t know what is point of having “support team”). There is no chat as well so only way is to call them. But good luck with that, last couple of days I was trying to reach them about my order and delivery - no luck, app is useless like this forum. So o think is better to go somewhere else. (EE 11 years in a row the best network in UK - for sure not for customer service - is pathetic).
so anyway good luck.
