I have a tech add on of £29 a month but I can’t seem
to find it anywhere on my app or website for when it expires

Welcome to the community.
When you follow the steps that @Peter_W mentioned, you do have to scroll down the page a little after you select View Your Add-ons and Extras to see the EE plan benefits area.
It would then likely show Add to Plan with the amount you pay each month. If you click on that, it'll show a renewal date, which is when the payments will end.
If you aren't able to see this, please give our customer service guides a call, and they can check the date for you.

If you go to Mobile Add-ons, look through "Your active add-ons" and tap on the relevant one, does it show an expiration date there?

Welcome to the Community 😊
If you log in to the EE app, can you please go to Manage > Mobile & SIM > Select the number this is active on > View your Add-ons and Extras > EE Plan Benefits.
You should see an add to plan active in here, and if you select this it will show the renewal date, which should be when this is due to end.

Hi Michael,
this is still not working and I’m unable to view the renewal date of my tech add on. I’ve followed all the steps mentioned to take.

I've just checked in my app and it is also in the same place @Michael_D has advised so I would recommend checking with our customer service team so they can get you that date and also check your app is set up with the correct permissions for you to view everything.
