Hi guys.
In April I got the Xbox add on. But it's never shown under the add ons tab in my app. I mean It would be so much easier if it did show and how long until paid off like phone contract does. I've been through all kinds of support. Is it just like that for everyone?

At present, add to plan accessories are billed by an add-on that's applied directly to one of your mobile numbers, so will show in here along with the monthly charge.
We don't offer the option to show time remaining for these at present, but if you reach out to our customer care team they can confirm this for you.
