hi,

how can I get in contact with an agent online im unable to call, 

Ive set up my account and it’s saying my info is wrong when it isn’t and I can’t download my eSIM. 
it’s annoying the life out of me. Never known it so hard to get in touch online

@Chelseaarch , this is a public forum, we have no account access and no one will contact you from this forum,, it is up to you to contact customer service. You can also use a web based app to contact EE if you have no phone to hand and cannot borrow someone else’s phone.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Under help on your EE app there is a message option.

Alternatively use another device or landline to call EE. You can also go into an EE store.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
Their isn’t it only comes us to call them.

@Chelseaarch , have you made sure that you have the latest EE App? Try uninstalling it, rebooting the phone and then reinstalling it, it should show the message us when clicking on help at the bottom of the app.

Ive still not been able to get in contact. Please can an EE agent actually contact me please getting ridiculous this.  Im in a remote area and unable to get to an ee shop, and ive only got Wi-Fi and not been able to get my eSIM but have already been billed and not been able to even activate it
