Good evening! I am very interested in the question: how long will I wait for my TV order, which I added to my plan for 11 months on 10/17/2022. The first installment since October 17 is pending in my bank. Why can't EE give a correct answer within a week, confirmed the order or canceled it? What happens to my order?

@Bogdanovica was that TV in stock when you ordered it ? Did you receive confirmation of that order ? You should have received a confirmation of order it could have landed in your spam folder.

The TV was in stock that day and I have a confirmed order number on 17/10/22
