System operator error

Trying to purchase something using my phone bill but keeps coming up with system operator error….anyone knows why this is?

Hi @Jackheron30,
Are you still having the problem this morning?
Try texting UNBAR to 150 to remove the phone bill spend cap if there is one. There is also a limit fo £40 per transaction and £240 per billing month.
