Hi. I got an SMS from ee saying that I can do an upgrade because my contract ends on 13 Feb. Going into my ee account, it shows that I can't do the upgrade yet. How to fix it when there is not even a chat with customer service?

Morning @PawelBaluta
Thanks for coming here.
Can you text UP to 150 and let me know the reply?
Leanne 🙂

I sent an UP message to the number 150 but haven't received a return message in 5 hours. Earlier I received a text message saying..
"Hi from EE,
Your phone contract is coming to an end on 13/02/2023. At that point, the cost of your monthly plan will stay as £65.09. Annual price changes still apply. But there are still plenty of ways to get the best value you can.

This is awful ,I just want to speak to someone to say I would like to carry on with my mobile contract and my broadband and home phone, but am utterly confused by the messages and everything being sent to me. PlEASE don't get rid of human contact.we are not all up with it.

Hi @Gwendolenchapma ,
If you just want to carry on with your mobile contract as-is then you don't need to do anything. You will continue to pay the current cost per month and stay as you are. However, if you call 150 then they will be able to upgrade you to a sim only plan, meaning you pay less for the same.
Thanks,
Alex
