I have left EE no longer am I over paying for a basic service and a service I’m not fully getting I switched to sky At least you can contact them by chat 24 hours a day and you keeps messaging me saying you’re taking extra money this month from each of the 3 direct debits so I have cancelled them all.
digital voice never worked more than 6 hours I would have to wps the hand set 2ce a day to make it work I gave up months ago, broadband always poor signal at home and drops out almost constantly when I joined sky I told them about EE issues they said they noted it and I thaught nothing more but the next day I had a message from open reach saying it’s been fixed and yes full WiFi in the house really good and it hasn’t dropped out at all so I’m staying with them today is my 14th day cooling off
I’m happy to continue paying the for the phone but as you said you were adding £100’s Iv cancelled the direct debit I will pay manually each month for the phone as contracted,
mobile signal was so
poor it’s unusable I have unlimited calls but couldn’t even use them at home on WiFi calling or out and EE issues BT the biggest name shame on them BT were much better!
so 3 agreements
1. mobile phone contract - I have no issue continuing payment as contracted but it doesn’t raise because I left you!
2. mobile sim contract - never any signal to use the contract and it’s over priced
3. phone & broadband - WiFi unreliable and when it did work it would drop out regular and very slow for a 900mbps agreement and way over priced
theres also a Microsoft word add on at £4.99 it’s a monthly extra and I’m not bothered if it stops or not makes no difference,
on that basis I agree to pay you 1 month more as contracted in full and final settlement of expired contracts with the exception of the handset contract that I’m happy to continue paying or you can have the old handset back and for the record I have a brand new iPhone 17pro max with sky that’s £2 per month cheaper than the iPhone 15pro from 2 years ago

500mbps broadband
unlimited calls & text
pay per call home phone everything including sky tv is £6 less per month than EE and the service works and I can contact sky by message 24 hours a day.
respond in righting no phone calls will be answered from EE I need the evidence for court! If I decide to continue!
