Im struggling with my ee I used to have o2 

and now I have EE and I’m struggling with it when I got into the app it says I’m not the owner. Before this Christmas I checked my account and said I didn’t need to pay my monthly yet cause it hadn’t finished and would come again on January 20 

but my number has been suspended I tried to pay the amount asked £93.60 I gave that amount and now still nothing keeps saying I haven’t paid. I can’t reach them on call they won’t answer I don’t know what to do
