basically I subscribed on September 24 2022 with ee for a 24 month contract and everything was fine. I told the customer service that I will be applying an NHS code to take a discount on my monthly subscription she said that is totally fine you need to call them and generate the code I called ee customer service on the same day 24 September 2022 and generated the code and stayed one hour and a half on the line and they said that the code has been applied and that the first month they will debit 21 pounds and from the following month they will debit about 17.50 pounds and yet till now they are debiting 21 pounds. I went to the shop yesterday and they told me that I can contact you and tell you the case and reapply for the code since you didn’t put it or it’s not showing and that I can ask for reimbursement please advise me on what to do next

Have you been able to view your bill within your My EE account? this will show if the discount is applied.
If you have not had the discount applied please give us a call on 150.
