Super Early Upgrade

I’m currently on the All Rounder plan with an iPhone 15 Pro, and my contract ends on 21 June 2026. I’ve been offered a super early upgrade with the fees waived. Can you confirm whether this requires me to return my current phone, or if it works differently from the Anytime Upgrade option?

There is no account access on these forums and therefore you will need to speak to EE CS on 250 for clarification.

If you are not on an anytime upgrade plan then likely not but speak to CS to confirm.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
