Struggling to pay my mobile bill

I am struggling with my mental health at the moment and I’m going through a difficult time, I always put money into my Mum’s bank account to pay for my mobile bill, I have never been late with a payment but I would appreciate it if you could give me some extra time to pay and get myself back on track, I really need my phone so please don’t cut it off, you will be paid. Thank you so very much for your time and support.
