Despite apparently still paying for my tablet to be cellular, I can’t call or text EE to cancel whatever is left of my context that expired two months ago without my knowledge. I’ll call the other line as a last resort as they never pick up and their maze of detail questions last time left me in the wrong place so the operator hung up. I want to leave EE. My tablet is payed. I don’t owe them anything anymore. I want to cancel this atrocious £63 monthly fee for cellular data and the damage plan that doesn’t expire until 2026 that I also didn’t know about and thought it was a 2 year plan like the contract. How do I completely leave without giving up and cancelling my direct debit.

Can you explain what you mean by "damage plan that doesn't expire until 2026"? Are you talking about an insurance policy that you've taken out?
You can give 30days cancellation notice on any EE contract by calling CS on 150.

I cannot call 150 as I don’t have EE as a service anymore. You’d think I’d be able to with the one I am paying for but no.
I wish I could tell you about the plan. I took out an insurance plan that was meant to last the same length of the contract which was 2 years.
I ended up filing a complaint that I will terminate my DD if they do not get in contact with me.

You should be able to speak to someone, even if you don't have an active account. Have you tried the live chat service too?
