I've just had a text telling me that as I have a Spend Cap I've been barred from some chargeable services. The cap was news to me - I've checked my account and it's showing a zero cap. Any idea what may be happening please?

Could you try using a different device or browser please? You can also change the spend cap by texting SPEND CAP to 150 and following the instructions.

Hi from EE. As you have a Spend Cap we've now barred some chargeable services, including using your phone abroad, MMS, and premium rate services. To increase it, you can log into My EE or reply SPEND CAP. Thanks.

Hello...I'm abroad and cannot make outgoing calls I need to increase my spend cap...I'm în holliday în România and Ee charge me more money at last bil!

Log in on this link: Spend cap, @Florentin2489.
It will ask you a few questions and let you change your spend cap, which will hopefully allow you to use your phone again.
