I have the same problem. When I go to edit it, it shows me the cap, lets me choose a new cap, but when I hit Done, it just says the service is not available.

This used to work a year ago - no doubt one of the many website upgrades broke it. Most of the services on the website are now broken for me - cannot see full usage, cannot see addons, cannot change spend cap. All I can Replydo really is see the spend cap, see the phone numbers on the account, and see the last bill amount. Everything else appears to timeout and gives an error of one type or another, saying to try again. I have tried many times, over 5 days now - clearly the problem is not system load - its brokenness.

To add to this. The original text I got saying I was at 80% of spend cap also said to text SPEND CAP to 150, for more info. That then sent me a text saying I could e.g. text CHANGE SPEND CAP to 150, to change it. I duly did this. That then sent me another text, saying to send a number (e.g. 0, 10, 40 etc) to 150, to set the cap. I duly did this too. That then sent me a text saying that they have sent a text message to the "Decision Maker" to consent to the change. Well, I am the Decision Maker, and of course I got no text message to consent to the change, and the website shows the old spend cap. You just couldn't write this stuff.

I'm sorry that you've been having trouble managing your account online. Is this both with the app and the website?

Since it stopped working fully, have you made any changes to your account at all?
