I have received £231 of charges in 1 month to Sony D. EE will not help me and tell me to call the billing company… they cannot do anything about this either. I do not even have a PlayStation. We do not have any text of these charges absolutely nothing at all, what can I do? …. Before they cut me off for rightfully non payment

Did you try the boku zendesk? It’s better than calling honestly it’s so irritating getting thru there’s no operator and they say it takes 1-2 business days but I heard nothing

Try boku zendesk it’s better than calling there’s no actual operator you speak to on the phone ( in my experience) they said to me it takes 1-2 billing statement to have it fixed

A MASSIVE thanks to everyone for their help, advice and everything else in between. I have had an email from Boku support today to say that they have refunded the money and I will see it on my next phone bill or the following one which feels quite hopeful.
it was done via phoning and leaving name number country and then I received an email from
support to ask me about the issue. I sent photo shots of my EE account as proof where it said that song PS was charged and they have thankfully sorted it out. It def took perseverance but seemingly got there (hopefully!) in the end.

Yes, they said it depends on your billing cycle. I got mine back on my first billing.
