Sony D charges to my EE account not mine

I have received £231 of charges in 1 month to Sony D. EE will not help me and tell me to call the billing company… they cannot do anything about this either. I do not even have a PlayStation. We do not have any text of these charges absolutely nothing at all, what can I do? …. Before they cut me off for rightfully non payment

When you called the help desk did you get thru or did you have to leave a message? I’ve only been able to leave messages as yet.

I had to leave a VM but no one got back to me . I had to use the Zendesk for BOKU to hear back 

I did both I emailed first as it was a weekend then left a message on the Monday I got a call back on the Monday in response to my message and later that day I got another call responding to my email. It was straight forward and they resolved the issue in one call.

Yes I was told it all depends on your bill cycle.

That’s so lucky. Good for your. I’ll just have to keep trying. Appreciate the info. 

I wouldn’t mind waiting if I was assured I’d get it back. It’s the no contact and no calls/emails that getting irritating. I’ll try again tomorrow. Thanks so much. 

Yh keep trying iv just checked my call register and turns out I actually called them an got it sorted

 so they do answer just have to keep  trying, just know there is hope as mine got cleared.

The same thing has happened to me PlayStation £253.00 they don’t want to know say it’s between me and PlayStation but we don’t have an account as we don’t have a PlayStation
