Signed up to a sim only deal.

25gb a month for £17? I use 25gb a week. I was under the impression I was getting 100gb . When the price goes up I will be out. You're only in this for the money and not the customer. I have been with you for 14 years and not anything back from you.

Any other provider you're getting unlimited or 150gb plus.

Please rip my contract up and forget about me

Hi @Jadawson.

Welcome to the EE Community 😊

When you take out your plan, it should be mentioned clearly the allowances included, and this should be mentioned on your confirmation email too.

If 25GB isn't going to be enough you may be able to move over to one of our unlimited options, or like @bristolian mentioned you may be able to cancel if you're in your first 14 days.

If you have a chat with our customer care team, they'll be able to look over the specific details of your plan, and make sure we've reviewed all of your options going forwards too!

EE don't sell any plans with a 100Gb allowance, so whom or what has given you that impression?

Distance sales come with a 14day statutory cancellation period as a matter of course. All networks differ in both pricing strategies & network quality.

@Jadawson , this is not customer service, so we cannot do anything about your contract, you will have to speak to customer service, but if you want to cancel your contract, you may be liable to pay for the rest of the minimum term if after 14 days of starting the contract.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
