So i have tryed to pay my bill for the past month but ee wont accept my card

So i made sure i had money on my card numerous times before but it ee wont accept my card and are threatening to suspend the services despite me trying to pay. I am not sure what i can do or other types of payment but i wish that ee would fix this problem.

Are you on a monthly contract? If so have you tried speaking to them? Also what card are you trying to pay with?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Try using Fast Pay online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
