Sim only!

Iv had a letter saying I’m in debt! I stopped my sim only and moved to Tesco mobile as I needed a new phone….iv now had a letter saying I’m in debt with ee. But I don’t understand as I stopped using my sim!

Did you cancel the contract with us? The contract doesn't end until you ask for it to be cancelled or transfer your number to another network.
