On the 15 April, I decided to get an upgrade, my last contract expired ages ago. I did this online, and after I received an email with details of the new plan. It's now the 25 April. When should the new contract start? No change on the EE app/website.

@Maria212 Providing you were out of contract it should have changed within hours. You need to speak with customer support because it sounds like the order didn’t go through.
