Signed up for 12 month contract SIM only back in may 2025. I've only recently logged into my account and it's saying it's a 24 month contract which I didn't ask for.

I'm disappointed to hear that you believe that the deal that you have agreed to is differnet to your current contract.
I'd recommend giving us a call so a guide can get this investigated for you.
If you'd like to make a complaint, you can use our EE complaints form, and our complaints team will get this looked into.

@Jonjon871 So you never read the contract information to know what you was agreeing too but still agreed to it, That’s why you read it before you agree to it. You’ve got what you agreed too. You signed a legal document that was offered to you.

Was done over the phone never signed a legal document. Wouldn't I have received emails of confirmation aswell.

Contracts need not be physically signed to be legally binding.

When you agree to a contract over the phone @Jonjon871, we send you a link and screenshare with you so you can see the deal and the terms and conditions.
When you're happy with the contract being offered, you tick the boxes on the screen.
If you give us a call, one of our guides can listen to the call and check what was offered and what was agreed to.
