Setting up a direct debit

I’m trying to set up a direct debit but someone else is paying for their phone and mine at the same time. Is there a way of just taking my number off their direct debit and create two separate direct debits?

Thanks

@GWill246  Only if you have both devices on separate accounts.   If they’re on the same account then it’s one bill.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Is there a way to take one of the numbers of their account to make a separate bill then?

As mentioned, billing and payments are set at account level, so you have 3 options here.

1: Account split - 2  separate accounts in the same name.

2: Change of legal ownership - new account holder agrees to take one phone over.

3: Make manual payments to the account a few days prior to the bill date, equivalent to the monthly subscription.

Splitting the account will mean losing data sharing between those phones, this is a benefit of sharing a billing account.

Can you link the two accounts for family discount?
