Services from other companies

My recent bill has a charge of 15p for ‘Services to other companies’.

I’ve searched on the reference number & telephone number given and this says it’s relating to: 02 Infracast (text).

I have no idea what this is and did not send a text to anyone new on or around the date given or asked for any payment of 15p to be made!

I know it’s only 15p but I want to get to the bottom of it in case it keeps happening.

Can anyone give any advice on this please?

Hello!
Did you manage to get to the bottom of this as I’ve just had the same thing and no idea what it is?!

Thanks!

Hi,

I was advised that it was an O2 charge and that I should email support@infracast.com as they would be able to help.

They replied to me saying I needed to email operations@imimobile.com which I did.

They acknowledged my email (on 8th June) and said they’d look into it, but I’ve heard nothing since!

I agree with you - it might be only 15p but I don’t want it happening again!

Hi @N1na

Thanks for coming here.

If you call us on 150, the team can check the charge for you and let you know what this is for.

I hope you get this sorted soon @Shazedge

I also have a similar charge of 15p on my mobile bill dated in May.  Not something I was expected.  I have emailed and will see if I learn anything.

Hi Shazedge

Any luck with this, I've also us found out that there's a 15p charge on my bill and this company cannot be located, their number is fake and they have not website, I managed to find similar name on LinkedIn but their website does not work, I also sent them emails and have not hear from them.  Has this been resolved for you?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for getting back to me @AnieT

Have you been provided any contact information?

When I enter that code in our short code checker it is showing as O2 Infracast. I would recommend contacting them via email or phone so they can look into this further.

As a previous user has said they have received acknowledgment and further contact details via email.

That's not a phone number, it's a service ID for a third party charge. You can check these at http://ee.co.uk/help/accounts-billing-and-topping-up/billing-and-payment/your-bill-explained/third-p...
