I upgraded my phone early and it is due to arrive today, I tried to make a call out this morning and got hit with a "As you have reached your credit limit your services have been restricted" yet my bills are fully up to date to the point where my new bill wont generate and all i can do is credit my account and my contact is unlimited texts & calls. I cant even ring EE themselves to find out why I am now just paying for an unuseable device.

When an outbound call restriction is applied, all call attempts you make are redirected to 150.

I am trying to ring 150 and I am getting told i owe them over 300 pound. My bills are completely up to date.
