Hi,
I have had to leave the UK for good and wanted to settle my final bill. I have been trying to make the payment online and have been revieing articles on the EE website for guidance. Based on the information available and after following the steps provided, I can only see my bill for download on the page. It just states that I can pay via credit / debit card and asks to login and scroll down for the link to make a payment, however, there is no link where it lets me make the payment for the outstanding amount/
As mentioned, I have left UK and I am overseas. I have been trying to make this payment for a long time with no success. I would apricate guidance on making a one off payment to settle the bill once and for all. I am going to wait till 15th January, 2024 to ger guidance and support from EE else I will consider that EE does not want to be paid and will write off the amount with no recourse / liabilities against me after 15th January, 2024.

You may need to speak to our Mobile Care team to do this. You can find all of our contact information on the contact us page, including an international number.
I've seen people in a similar situation use a VoIP service, such as Skype, to call us.

We do have an online payment tool, @manishjoshi17. I'm not sure that would work with a disconnected number though.
If that doesn't work, you would need to try calling us again.
