HI @Rwynne 

Please check the number which the security message is being sent to, and correct mobile number if needed. 
Once you have done this restart your mobile phone and try again. 

If you're still not receiving the message please call 150 from your mobile device so a guide can check your connection is receiving OTP messages.

@Rwynne  You’ll need to explain a lot more than just that, 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, I didn't realize until I clicked I thought it might prompt me to multiple answers. I put my mobile number in to check (first time use),my bill for a month. It said it would send me a six figure number, it didn't arrive. I tried again no number,I checked email and text, nothing
