Saying can’t upgrade.

Had my sim only plan eight months. Last week I could upgrade to a handset. Tried this week said I’m not eligible. Help please.

@Username5025  Is that a 12 or 24 month sim only?  If it’s a 24 month you can not upgrade o a full contract until you’ve completed 12 months.   It might be worth a call to customer service s to see if they can do something for you.

24 months. Why can’t I upgrade anytime that’s absolutely ridiculous. What’s the reason for that???????
