Hi,

I recently went to Kent for a few days by the sea and recieved the welcome to France text. I've checked my bill and have been charged for 3 days of roaming but I wasn't abroad. Can anyone tell me how I can get a refund for these charges please?

Many thanks

This can sometimes happen close to international borders where there is no coverage from your home network. Being connected to a foreign network means your phone still works, but roaming charges are incurred - the notification text which you acknowledge, is the safety net which evidently worked.

Anytime you want to discuss you account, you can do so via CS on 150.
