Roaming Charges

Hi, I visited France this week and upon arrival, I received a text stating that I would be charged £2.29 per day for data roaming (DR). I should have DR as part of my package. I’ve now been informed that this coming months bill will include additional charges. Please explain.

Unless you have the Roam Abroad Pass, either purchased directly for £15 per billing month or as an Inclusive Extra to your plan, you have to pay £2.29 each day you use any of your UK allowances in the EU.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
