Good afternoon Ladies & Gents,
I am currently away and unable to contact EE via 150 so I’m turning to you lovely people for some insight.
I currently have a iPhone 14 Pro Max, I’m 12 months into a 24 month contract with EE, if I was to keep my current handset does anyone know if this is a possibility (ie pay off remaining contract) so I can then upgrade & take out new 24mnth contract on 15 Pro Max.
I know this is part of the contract game but I like the 14 Pro Max and feels like il be doing myself an injustice to hand it back in order to gain the newest model.
thank you for reading

Hi @Davie260563,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Yes, if you want to keep your current phone, you can just pay an early upgrade fee when you upgrade.

Hi James
Merci for swift reply, do you have any idea what the cost of an early upgrade would be when exactly halfway through contract. I pay around £100 a month at present. Hence why I’d like to keep the phone as I’m pretty invested in it.
Does EE have any kind of structure/set amounts on early upgrades.
thank you

Hi @Davie260563,
The fee would be calculated based on the cost of your current plan a remaining months.
You'll see the cost at checkout when you upgrade.
Hope this helps.

Again thank you for swift reply,
I’ve only been partially through the process when looking at my options but says my upgrade fee is free and give me the option regarding phone either classed as “working” or “not working” and at the bottom there is a window that says if it like to keep my current phone to call 150 which I’m unable to do lol
I’ve tried to look for an online chat to speak with CS but proving difficult

Hi @Davie260563,
I'm sorry you weren't able to complete your chosen type of upgrade online. Please get in touch with our upgrades team on 150 when you can.
